I believe there’s greatness inside you.
I believe everyone has a story. Everyone has a unique greatness inside of them, no matter their circumstance. Have you heard of the Hero’s Journey? I’m a huge believer in it. No matter what challenges you face or have faced, if you embrace those challenges and push forward, you can do amazing things and impact others in a profound way.
This is my personal blog and I’m excited that you took the time to look around. My philosophy is that if you are going to evolve and live your potential, you must be intentional and focused about it.
My goal is to create insightful, practical and relevant content for you to put into play in your personal and professional life. If you have aspirations to do amazing things, this just might be the place for you.
I typically post two to three times a month. To make sure you don’t miss my posts, you can subscribe via email below (I promise no spam!). You’ll also get instant access to the free Catalyst Toolkit, including my manifesto, an assessment and a productivity tool I created.
I asked myself this question once my son, Gabe, and daughter, Reese, came into the world (2007 and 2009). The Catalyst Project was born as I felt a burning desire to build a legacy for my family.
The Mission of The Catalyst Project is simple – We want to plant seeds and watch them grow. There’s no greater measure of success than facilitating the growth of others. I’m here to tell you that no matter your situation or circumstances, you can make a difference. All it takes is a change in mindset and the willingness to give of yourself. I challenge you to stop playing small. It’s time to make your impact on the world.
For a glimpse into the mission, check out my friend Adam’s story here. It will blow you away!
A little bit about my background
My parents were both teachers and so is my wife, Michelle. After spending many years in the corporate sales world, I realized that part of my mission is to teach and to help others grow.
I’m fortunate to serve on the board of a non-profit (Creative Living), a former college athlete and, most importantly, a husband and dad to three amazing kids.
Thank you for supporting The Catalyst Project. I look forward to learning and growing with you. If you like what you see and want to learn more, please sign up to receive emails as I publish new articles.
